The learning and opportunities. Being involve in decision making, taking risks and learning from our mistakes.

The overall learning and challenges. I take everyday as a blessing and an opportunity for me to grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being open and transparent. You wouldn't feel any insecurity talking to people with higher position. Everyone is just humble and they encourage you to express your thoughts and feelings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
with the current inflation, it would be helpful for our family and our day to day needs for the company to reevaluate our salary. I have visibility in my team's salary and sad to say most aren't paid fairly including me.
