Bumpy but fun. There are some company values that are not consistent especially valuing what matters, but at least we can still feel it to some.

Highly supportive manager whose guidance consistently empowers the team. Her approachability and willingness to mentor create a positive and growth-oriented environment.

What makes you most happy at work?

If I was able to complete all important task(priority) within 8 hours of my shift and if we met metric goals. Salary day :)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Despite managing two business units and overseeing operations across two sites, the compensation remains the same as for those handling just one business unit. Current salary and overall compensation package are not as competitive compared to what other shared services in the same location offered

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comparison of Salary with other BPO and shared services in our area. There are competitive offers in the area with the same overall package which is one of the reasons of the employees why they left. High payment for additional health card supplementary in excess of company coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I guess because of the compensation comparison in BPO and shared services company. There are companies out there who are offering the same benefits or maybe better than ours, but the difference is that our basic salary and allowance is a bit lower than other shared services in the same location.
