It's really been challenging for the past 2 years. There are tenured colleagues that leave the company that made the work within the team more challenging. There are new hired that still needs lot of experience to be able to work on a fast pace. Deadline driven and accuracy is important on out team

Teamwork, doing their very best to complete each tasks and meet the deadline, rendering extra hours to complete work due to tight deadlines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are too many editors to handle and a lot have been changing within the team. There are new tasks transitioning but no additional compensation. Hoping for a better talent retention strategy and do not only focus on savings.
