Teamwork, doing their very best to complete each tasks and meet the deadline, rendering extra hours to complete work due to tight deadlines.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are too many editors to handle and a lot have been changing within the team. There are new tasks transitioning but no additional compensation. Hoping for a better talent retention strategy and do not only focus on savings.
