I can't complain as I just got promoted. This only means that I am being recognized with my work. I am happy/contented with the support and opportunities I am getting right now. I just wish we could revisit our compensation package as I feel like it is a little outdated.

As people leader I am always happy when I inspired my teammates to do better and if I am able to help them accomplish their tasks.

I like it that we don't just work and hit goals. We sometimes gather in an area and recognize each others achievements and successes. It makes me want to stay and ecourage me to work harder.
