I'm happy here it's just that I don't think mentoring and provisions for career opportunities and growth are not enough.

Health card, Basic compensation, Odd Shift allowance and Holiday premiums.

Minimal attendance issues, work cooperatively, provides genuine feedback, appreciative of things provided to them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they value mental health and that they have strategically adapted well during this pandemic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Comparatively, despite having the same nature as that of other BPO companies, most leaders that I've encountered here are way more professional vs. the power tripping, lack of moral compass people I've met on my previous BPO jobs.
