Great company, culture, and people. They used to ge very competitive in terms of compensation many years ago, now feels like the focus is elsewhere

Overall, very positive experience at Lexis. The pay is the worst part, and slightly embarrassing hence why the lower score on referring people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least soecific to my role, compensation has not changed in almost a decade. Because many individual contributors make more in their role than in a management spot, its a challenge for the business to promote from within and have managers feel more valued
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales management and individual contributor salaries and OTE are too low. They have not been adjusted since 2009 and are on the very low end of appropriate pay range. Incentive money is not the answer. Its time to invest in our people and go back to being the most desirable company to work at in DYT
