Morale at the company is at the lowest I've seen in close to two decades, and not only is it in every department I encounter, there doesn't seem to be any real effort to improve, just talk.

There is zero effort to make me feel valued, quite the opposite

We work well together and likely because of a good line of communication
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We only care about cutting cost no matter how detrimental to the company. Very short-sighted, but I'm guessing the execs are making the goals without issue
