Many opportunities for growth within, as I've grown into 4 roles over 8 years. I work with an AMAZING team which allows us grow at a fast pace since we're all so dedicated on initiatives contributing to the growth of the business.

Care about helping each other succeed, value each other's opinion, come together to do what it takes to achieve a goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to industry standards, our pay range appears to be at the lower end of the market especially for a manager. Hope that can be adjusted in the near future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy to talk about anything to anyone. No tension or drama, everyone is open to new ideas you propose and willing to try new things as long as you can prove what you are testing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What makes me feel undervalued is that I've been here for over 5 years and for a manager, my salary should be much higher compared to industry standards. I feel that oftentimes internal promotions settle for cheaper pay as the trade off is working for a company they enjoy despite the pay.
