I'm a big fan of LN. Of course not everything is perfect, but I'm given the latitude to get involved in lots of projects, which I love.

Culturally we are encouraged to take risks and think for ourselves. The environment is psychologically safe.

My commission structure is great. People complain about it, but I think they have no idea how lucky they are.

I really like interacting with colleagues and helping them reach their goals / challenging them to work harder and achieve more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Boredom combined with being in not quite the right job for me. I need a sideways career move within RELX.

The people. (As an aside, I'm not sure how many Brits would class themselves as "excited" to go to work, or do most things.)

I don't sense any type of toxicity at leadership level. There is no culture of binary bias that means you're either in or out of the club.
