My direct reports are a fabulous group of people who remain motivated and driven despite many challenges.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remove toxic culture and stop taking advantage of staff by loading up with more work and no compensation for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recognition for my contributions to the business. I have asked for a salary review for 1.5 years and continue to get no reply from my line manager. I have also asked for reviews of my people, and yet again, no reply to address this at all.
