I am a fan of the company matching part of my 401k contributions. I'd like it even more if they could increase the amount they match.

We offer interesting, fun, and challenging work; we have a friendly team; and we value having a fair amount of control over when and where we work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give me the freedom to excel, innovate, and succeed without overly meddling in my work. They also allow us to have a lot of control over our schedules and where we work, which is a big plus.
