Staying here in this company for such a long time indicates that I really love my job and the culture. Of course, over the past years there were some changes which were acceptable for me. I am satisfied with my overall compensation package and the career development that I have right now.

I think how transparent the business is. They always share business updates to us during townhall.

Our leaders, especially the executive leaders, are not difficult to reach out to. This is one thing I like about LN.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of my tasks are way beyond my role. I hope they don't promise promotion if they will not given it on time.

Our leadership team regularly shares updates and news to us which is important for me since I also cascade those updates to our staff as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I guess the career growth. I have been with the company more than a decade and I really learned a lot. Overall I grew as a person, not just my career but the overall personality.
