Not only the LexisNexis team, but also the colleagues of other RELX firms are very friendly and supportive. This makes working in an office abroad (London, I work remote from Germany) a very positive experience. Meetings are held in a congenial environment, comparable to having a chat with friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working in an international environment is exciting and inspiring. The cultural differences offer many chances to learn and grow, but also are sometimes a reason for a good laugh among the pals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team shows real interest in their employees. They are not only caring for the work you do, but how you feel and whether there is anything they can support you with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
From the very first day, I felt welcome and supported. I got integrated pretty quickly and became a part of the team immediately. All of the coworkers are ever so supportive and caring. Just lovely!
What makes you most happy at work?
Inspiring clients to get the most out of our product aiming to improve their BD efforts and to strengthen their firms is very satisfying. Moreover, working with the fantastic team and also very nice contact persons at the clients' just makes me feel good. And travelling also is a nice experience.
