They are very giving of their time and energy. Quite collaborative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the emphasis on CARES days and Pro Bono work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an effort to pull together social activities but I wish the same effort went into employee professional development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given my personal education history and experience I would have expected to be at the top of the pay range. It is my understanding that I came in at the bottom of the posted pay range. It is my understanding that my past education/ experience was not properly factored in at the time of hire.
