What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that there is an adequate base salary and variable compensation incentive that allows me to be rewarded for the effort that I put into this position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am very impressed by the collaborative nature of the leadership team. Foremost is always the Lexis employees and ensuring that they are provided with all of the training resources and connections to really create value for our accounts.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy my team! I also thoroughly enjoy my weekly and often more frequent interactions with my mentor. As I am cultivating my relationship with customer - I strive to develop a relationship of trust where they value my communication and recommendations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I thrive in this collaborative environment. I believe that the best way to succeed with customers is to show value and cultivate a relationship of trust. This environment enables that in that it is collaborative and supportive. There are always resources available to improve customer development.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel so blessed to have the team that I do! I am a new CM and from the very beginning, everyone was so supportive and welcoming. They have continued to be a tremendous resource and always willing to do that extra step to provide me assistance or guidance when issues arise. My mentor is the best!
