What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Good MD, ably led team

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is reachable and makes sure the new person gets the answers to the questions

What makes you most happy at work?

I believe there are opportunities that if leveraged can take the business and company to heights. I am excited to play my role in this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that the role in which I have been hired is a leadership role wherein as per my roles, responsibilities, expertise, the compensation is less as compared to the market.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership team is ably led by Udit, wherein everyone knows their role in getting business results. I expected more support from the HR leadership which is the only thing I felt did not get answers and struggled to get required support. I think the sales leadership also works in a silo.
