I have been here less than 4 months but everyone has been extremely welcoming, professional, positive and encouraging. The quality of training / onboarding and products is extremely high. Our CRM could be much better.

There are really no barriers for communicating with the SLT and the culture they instill is excellent.

I hear very little negativity. It's great to be at a market-leading, innovative business that invests in keeping the products best in class.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The basic is very fair (if the next question is not to ask what is the worst I will say here that I think my commission pot should be much bigger for the support I provide.
