I appreciate the inclusion and diversity of the people that work at our company across the world

What do you like best about the leadership team?

it is important for them to communicate that they are normal human beings like the rest of us

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

the onboarding process was an absolute nightmare. Very beaurocratic and dealing with automated processes. I also HATE work day - the software is very clunky. Simple tasks are extremely complicated - like how to claim travel expenses. The layers of management are a barrier to making changes.
