In my 4+ months at this company I have really enjoyed everyday. My co-workers have embraced me and everyone has been so helpful. My bosses (my previous boss was promoted) seem to actually care about me as a person during our 1 on 1's which is very refreshing. I look forward to working here everyday

Learning something new everyday either from fellow employees or from working with the product.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A very competitive wage and the added benefit of a hybrid work schedule with my wife expecting has been very helpful.

They seem to genuinely care about me as a person and also are very invested in helping me grow as a team member.

As a newer employer everyone has been so nice in helping me with questions, making me feel like part of the team, and learning the product.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is really nice, helpful, and respectful. They all have been able to communicate what is needed clearly without being disrespectful or talking down to me.
