Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on salaries posted for job openings at other companies, I feel I am making less than I could for my position. Additionally, the cost of healthcare at this company is outrageous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even if I don't always agree with the decisions they make, I do think they're making decisions based on the information they have and based on longer term strategies we might not all be privy to
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a higher salary. Also the cost of healthcare is insanely high. Thank God my partner's company lets us both be on a family plan. I could never afford the health insurance offered here. Also, PTO could be more generous.
