It's phenomenal. I have worked at other enterprise companies and was not as satisfied. I don't ever want to leave this company.

10 days of back up care (though more would be helpful) and time off to participate in volunteering

I'm not really sure who this is. The dynamics of the company with specific people/roles has not been clearly presented.

That PTO needs to be used during the year and we aren't incentivized to store it up and burn out.

They are friendly and supporting. We help each other, are open to questions, and want everyone to succeed because that is how our company succeeds.

We value people. And we follow the values we say we ascribe to. Many companies say things but practice differently. We have integrity and honesty.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the individuals working for them. As companies incorporate more AI tools, our leaders have assured employees that they are still valued. People fear becoming irrelevant and our leaders have affirmed that employees still have purpose and value to the company.
