The company has great people who are friendly and always want to help.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They have really helped me settle and learn the products and the way of working.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel our salaries could be aligned more with market related salaries for our roles.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting positive feedback from clients about my work and how my assistance makes their lives easier.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone at LexisNexis is friendly. There is always someone to talk to if ever you need assistance with something.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My immediate leadership is easy to talk to. I do believe they do their best to do what is within their powers for their teams.

What are some of the best things about your team?

If a person has a problem with an account, they manage or they need assistance in solving an error. We all come together to assist.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be more people focused and not only number focused. This will in return make employees loyal and reduce the high staff turnover that is currently happening. A happy employee makes money for the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More social events to improve performance and staff morale. Have a work and life balance and show appreciation to teams that go all out and give their best. We are in the face of the customers and we need uniforms or shirts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am not paid a market related salary. The salary is very little. The offer I initially accepted was net R16 454,81 and HR said they are reviewing and gave me another offer for R13 532.51. Which I found very unethical and I questioned. To which they answered they are offering me that because I used
