What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Speak to people with respect, compensate us fairly, recognise that we are overworked and doing the absolute best that we can.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Just a willingness to work together would go along way. Currently the culture is very adversarial, and everyone only looks out for themselves and their goals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating with each other and presenting a united front, showing appreciation and respect for employees who are truly working around the clock for much, much less money.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My compensation puts me in the B40 category--ie lowest earners--based on government data in relation to the state our business is in. Lifestyle aside, empirical data alone should speak for itself, executives should not be paid at bottom tier.
