We all enjoy learning from one another and truly want each other to succeed. It feels very inclusive and accepting.
I love my team. We are extremely collaborative and knowledgeable. I feel very supported by my team. I also think that we are a diverse group and we each bring something unique to the team.
I think our products are fantastic and I, a person with no legal background, can see the value and benefit of having these tools. That makes coming to work and selling them at a premium price easy.
I genuinely enjoy the work we do, the product we sell and people we work with. I learn something new everyday and that's really exciting. I never feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over again.
I don't think any position in the company should have a salary under $40K a year, especially one that is built as a stepping stone position with no guarantees that there will be room for your to be promoted in a timely fashion.
They make it a priority to not only get to know you on a personal level but also put in the effort to find you the best career path for your strengths. If you're a part of the culture, they want to keep you here.
I firmly believe that we should be offered a livable salary, anything below $40,000 is not livable. I believe our commission should put us in the income bracket we want but we should be able to afford a basic apartment on our salary, which we currently cannot.
I don't think our base salary is competitive with the market. I also very much dislike the "marketplace" style benefit program we have in place currently. I would love it if we had one insurance provider that we negotiated terms with as a company to provide better benefits and rates for our employee
