LexisNexis does purposeful work, and that makes me feel incredibly proud; I feel like I'm making a difference every single day. From a personal perspective, LexisNexis has part-funded, and supported my education, which enabled me to design a new role in a vanguard discipline.

I designed my current role, so I feel incredibly lucky to be in a role I absolutely love, working with incredibly like-minded people who are keen to collaborate and innovate.

My work/life balance is wonderful! I am held accountable for delivering on my objectives, not the hours in the day that I work. I have the autonomy to run my day to suit me, which allows me the flexibility to work globally without impacting on my home/personal life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As my role changes & develops, there hasn't been a battle to justify a salary and benefits review, in fact there has been an appropriate level of transparency around that. I feel that I am paid fairly, and have access to benefits that actually benefit both myself and my family.
