Acquiring companies and making enhancements that put our services above all others.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with customers; finishing a meeting knowing my clients are taking new, exciting information with them to use.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very little return on overachieving numbers; only 1 person from my position can qualify for COE. This is different than years ago---(if you earned it-- ie. Top 3 or certain criteria-- you qualified)
