Compensation structure needs to improve , same positions in other companies have better pay structure.

Team is new but dedicated and trying to learn the product fast. Teamwork is great and manager encourages that.

The team is great , Manager is encouraging and helpful but most importantly getting to learn something new every week.

It is extremely fast paced , though evenings and weekends are usually not impacted , you are always on your toes in the office

Team work is great , there is a lot to learn. products keep up to technological advances , Not much legacy to deal with.
