Customer focus and the drive to want to deliver keeps everyone going. Cross team engagement is fantastic and there is a no individual blame policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The renumeration across the role in the company may be standard but looking at the overall job market and responsibilities, it does feel being underpaid a little.
