What makes you most happy at work?

The variation of tasks and things to deal with within my role.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most members of my team converse well together regardless of the topic at hand.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

With all the company and departmental changes that aren't communicated - I'm honestly not even sure WHO forms part of the leadership team. (You'd physically need to make time to go and check the intranet/wiki page to know who's moved posts)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

LNSA wants to be the best, most customer centric company, but doesn't want to pay its employees a competitive rate or meet us halfway and pay our medical aid instead of taking that from our CTO and then calling it a benefit, it's not optional AND you have to pay it yourself that's not a benefit.
