Understanding the PAC role, how sales relationships are built, being sensitive to our customer's schedule, and helping us build skills that are actually related to our jobs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

metrics do not relate to success in my role with firms. Segment focus -- training, resources, materials -- are weighted toward school preference more than building preference at firms.

Management does not understand my role, how I interact with customers, and the value my work brings to the company. Goals, KPOs, etc. that are relevant to my role with training and segment programming aimed at increasing my reach with customers.

I feel undervalued because I'm doing my best to support my (our) customers -- but the business does not support me. When I take on a leadership role, there's no thanks nor acknowledgment from management & especially no additional compensation. Also, segment programs are poorly timed and conflict wit
