I'm far underpaid for my position. Our insurance is garbage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reduce the hostile work environment, and let engineers choose what teams they work on.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We've lost a lot of quality engineers and we aren't hiring the same quality now.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Reduce the hostile work environment and actually listen to the engineers instead of blindly doing what product management wants.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team does not seek guidance from engineering and does whatever product management wants. Rampant hostile work environment issues are unresolved. Engineers are unhappy and looking for new jobs.
