Always evolving.. they strike a nice balance between encouraging achievement and being pushy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here are really doing their best to deliver good stuff to our customers. I feel any mistakes I make will be forgiven :-)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long standing employee here. Colleagues who do the same work as me earn 15% more. My pension (once free) now takes 30% of my pay. Too late to change. Earning less than 10 years ago. Complete nightmare with 10% inflation. I love it here. I really don't want to leave.
