LexisNexis Legal & Professional – There seems to be a healthy, collaborative environment. The company is complex and new hire training has been ad-hoc. Sick time, bereavement and PTO should not be lumped together. I believe unlimited time off would be a great perk and work well with this self-driven culture. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart, technical folks who seem self-driven.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My base salary is strong.

What makes you most happy at work?

Collaboration, clear expectations, having the opportunity to meet with folks and learn, being afforded enough time as a new hire to learn and ramp-up in order to bring value.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

As a new employee I was impressed by the clarity of goals presented by the leadership team during the fireside chat and I look forward to learning more during the quarterly business reviews.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Folks are very helpful with recommendations, folks seem to care about being objective and data driven, and there does not seem to be a toxic, top-down leadership tone that I have experienced in other companies.
