I have been working at LexisNexis for over 20 years. I started when I was young and I have thought about leaving but the people I work with day to day keep me here. LexisNexis attracts passionate people that are genuinely nice and caring.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be a better advocate for myself to receive more compensation. I also feel though if we want to be a leader in our market we should exceed expectations on compensation offerings to new and existing employees.
