Culture and pay. There should be less hostile and inclusive environment. The HR is always supporting the manager, leadership and never on the side of the employees.
Do a fair market analysis and be competitive. The pay here at LexisNexis is horrible. There is more politics even for pay increases. And talent is not valued.
Some are really talented and are willing to share and work together for the success of the product, but most of them are just doing what they are told and nothing creative.
