we're a collaborative bunch, but held back by lack of direction
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being more transparent at communicating strategy and vision. encourage breaking of silos. action on employee feedback instead of hiding less favourable feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have people that actually want to build great products, and do it in a way that is as user-centric as possible. but again -- most of this is held back by lack of clear direction and changing goalposts.
