They are intelligent and knowledgeable.
Pay and salary is far under market rate for my qualifications and experience. Market related pay would go a long way to make me feel better about the compensation.
Pay could be better. There are some Xenophobic customers that make me nervous about answering the phone. If those customers are dissatisfied about us not being American, we are told that we can handle the situation better, even though we cannot change our nationality.
