My team is very supportive of my professional growth within the organization. They always guide me in areas of work that is new and I'm not yet comfortable with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment in RELX Philippines are very professional and accommodating. We have a psychologically safe environment that we are able to discuss difficult topics and resolve them together as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A bit of a raise to equate on the ad hoc stuff I do would be a good thing. I love what I'm doing but if we add compensation to the equation, it somehow lessens how I feel about the job.
