There seems to be a lack of productivity in this environment, with an extremely slow pace and an excessive number of meetings. It appears that little to no meaningful work is being accomplished here

The company needs to reduce bureaucracy, as small decisions should not require ten meetings and a week to be made. Additionally, it's important for the company to invest in employee growth and learning, for example, by providing resources such as Udemy licenses.

Currently, they appear to be overly focused on GPT and neglecting other crucial areas that could have negative consequences in the future.
