Overall I love this company and would love to work here forever however the compensation and the economic change is making it challenging for that to be a reality.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because comparable positions to the type of work I do pay significantly higher base pay and commissions. Additionally, most of them are remote working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were paid competitive to the market. Other similar companies are staying remote and offer higher base pays and compensation plans vs. us. It makes it hard to retain top talent.
