Empower and engage leaders with skills and experience to make decisions on strategy. It is micro management and a waste of talent

Less man management and dictatorship. Use the skills and experience of the people they hire and give them some authority to make decisions. Too much approval red tape for some of the very basic decisions. No trust in teams and people
