Learned a lot in first year or two. Then you look for growth opportunities, and they aren't there. I still have trouble with the company's poor performance with diversity throughout all levels of the organization, esp BIPOC. And the executive ranks are, let's face it, white men for the most part.

The unit is in the middle of collective bargain agreement negotiations. Comp is a tense issue.

Raises don't keep pace with inflation. Requirements to work harder and faster with less. Benefit offerings are helter-skelter across units of RELX: There is no standard, and employees assert they are taken advantage of.
