The people that I work with are helpful and friendly but the role is underpaid and there is not much career progression.

If they paid jobs where women predominate (eg. in content) are remunerated better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is no micro-management, we work at our own pace as long as our work deadlines and targets are achieved

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Underpaid for what I do - pay rises in the last two years were well below the rate of inflation, so in real terms a pay cut.
