
Accept you as you are.
Say clearly yes or no most of the times if you ask something, so you can quickly continue.
They do what they have to do, not asking me "why" if I set clear goals, but if I missed mentioning the reason(s) they will ask it.
What's going wrong is more a personal thing, sometimes I have healthy issues, so that has influence in my motivation. So why I start some days with less motivation is (most of the times) nothing to do with the team itself, more with myself.
