Continual burnout, disorganization of PMs and Directors, disappointment in compensation and title in comparison to actual job responsibilities. Feel like a ping pong ball throughout the day. Company vision is lacking in its organization of execution. I'm tired and mentally exhausted daily.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp ratios/ranges are not accurate for the industry roles, base pay is low for the role, bonuses do not reflect actual role without the title manager do not get a people leader bonus, responsibilities expand far beyond role titles, bandwidth is unrealistic not sustainable. = 4 day wrk week same pay
