It was a good learning experience, but perhaps it has run its course and time to move on.

Greater accountability and more team focused work activities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do appraise us with happenings within the company through regular town halls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be better if I were paid at least or close to the market rate.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn more about and become invested in their work. It would also help to communicate better and not take constructive criticism so personally.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Put simply, I am in a career rut. I am mired with a heavy workload, that cannot be entrusted to anyone else to get resolved correctly. On top of this, I am unable to grow as an employee or move within the company.
