Sales, not having KPI's that interfere but instead of assist me in my goal of earning a great income for my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation increased almost 37% in the past 3 years, the past two annual reviews provided a 2% increase in base pay. Receiving unsolicited job offers starting at doubling current total compensation. When compensation and opportunity for advancement are inequitable employees will find it elsewhere.
