Working at LexisNexis has been one of the best work environments I have had. Of course, as with any company, there are things that can be improved about this organization. That said, I believe that many of the people in leadership actively and sincerely work on feedback towards making improvements.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative, caring, supportive and understanding. It is relatively easy to reach my coworkers and the doors are always open for asking questions and getting some coworking time on a challenging project.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While no company is perfect and there are improvements that could be made to make the environment more psychologically safe for everyone, I appreciate that LN has a company culture that values feedback and strives to make continual improvements.
What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy to work on my projects and the trust of my coworkers and manager. I enjoy having the space to do good work and having the ability to connect with colleagues whenever I need to. Having friendships with employees that I don't work with directly is also nice.
