Clear communication of their goals to everyone. Great at answering questions.

Seeing my changes show up in demos that my leaders show others is fullfilling.

They handle questions very well, even some that are sort of out of the ordinary.

I can joke around with my coworkers without worrying about upsetting them. They aren't judgmental.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the PTO and 5% match. My salary appears to be competitive to other companies as well.

I can ask anyone anything and not feel dumb for asking. No one has been condescending or judgmental.

I like that the compensation has been increasing by 20k each time. It is a significant increase to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that I can take my time to get things done. The expectations are realistic and not super fast. Crunching is notorious in the industry, and I am glad I have not had to do it.
