The various projects and not doing the same thing every single day, my role has a alot of variety but most importantly I have autonomy in my role
My line manager is the main contributor on why I remain at the company, I also feel I have access to my wider leadership team in HR, its very collaborative and I feel my contributions to the business are recognised within my function at least.
